Thomas Schickler

Chief Executive Officer

Thomas has worked in Financial Services for 26 years in Operational, Technology and Business leadership roles in transaction banking at Citibank, J.P. Morgan and HSBC as well as for EBS’s electronic Interbank FX dealing platform.

Thomas’ responsibilities have included balance sheet management of > $500Bn in liabilities, P&L of >$7Bn, organization > 450 employees as well as direct engagement with the regulatory community to shape the mechanics of Basel III related liquidity measures.

Marcus Marnham

Chief Technology Officer

Marcus has spent the last 30 years designing, developing and implementing global transaction banking and liquidity systems for tier 1 banks.

Marcus led the product solution design, development, implementation, integration and operations areas of Payments and Liquidity Management for HSBC’s market leading liquidity management capabilities, generating in excess of $700MM in incremental revenues.

Brian Conway

Global Head of Products & Markets

Brian has worked for the past 10 years in fixed income trading and lending roles at Goldman Sachs. Most recently as Head of Trading, European Secondary Mortgages and Asset Backed Securities. His responsibilities included daily operations, risk and portfolio management.

During his time at the firm, Brian helped Goldman emerge as a leading dealer in European Structured Products in revenues, client volumes and new product issuance by focusing on providing increased liquidity and pricing transparency to clients.

Larry Ng

Board Advisor

Larry is LMX’s board advisor. Larry has over 25 years’ experience in the capital markets and electronic trading as an entrepreneur.

Larry is the co-founder of MoneyLine Telerate (NYSE: TRI), the 3rd largest market data vendor which sold to Thomson Reuters, MarketAxess (NASDAQ: MKTX), market leader in credit electronic trading, and TradeWeb, market leader in fixed income electronic trading.
